Return and Refund Policy


The Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”) the Customer shall have no right to return goods or claim a refund on the basis of a “change of mind,” including where the goods do not meet the Customer’s expectations. All sales of NoNic products are final once delivered, unless a valid statutory right to return or refund applies.

For hygiene reasons, no refunds or returns will be accepted for items that have been used unless the item is found to be defective upon receipt.

Cooling-Off Period for Online Purchases:
In line with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002, consumers have the right to cancel any online transaction without reason or penalty within seven (7) days of receiving the goods. The only cost to the consumer is the direct cost of returning the goods.


Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless the product is defective. This is in accordance with Section 20(3) of the Consumer Protection Act.


To the extent permitted by applicable law, refunds will only be issued for goods that are returned to us in accordance with this policy. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging where applicable.


We reserve the right to inspect the returned goods before processing any refund. Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, we are not obliged to accept returns or provide refunds for any goods that do not meet these conditions, or where a return is requested more than 7 (seven) days after delivery.


In accordance with Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, consumers have the right to return goods that are defective, unsafe, or not of good quality within six (6) months of delivery. Upon such return, consumers may choose to have the goods repaired, replaced, or to receive a full refund.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure your item meets the return eligibility criteria.

2. Contact us to request a return.

3. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
